We at myLike are also directly affected by the current Corona crisis. However, as partner of our customers in the hotel and travel industry and would like to make our contribution to alleviate their economic burden imposed by the Corona crisis. At the same time, we would like to enable hosts and travel companies to emerge from the crisis stronger through digital innovation.
Therefore, we will provide the full functions of the myLike platform for free to our current and future business customers until the situation has recovered.
In concrete terms this means that we will waive future license payments for existing customers until at least July 2020 and provide access to myLike’s advanced business functions for new customers free of charge. This means that our current and new customers can use the innovative functions of our Mobile Concierge and Digital Travel Guide risk-free and integrate myLike in all their physical and digital customer touch-points.
Together with our customers we will monitor the situation closely and asses jointly when the crisis is over.
With this measure, hoteliers, travel and media companies can use the time until the market recovers and implement myLike to improve their customer experience, drive their digitalization process forward and position themselves optimally for additional revenue generation through cross-selling local experiences and other services.
