Workstudent – Business Development (m/f/d)

The Product
The cloud-based myLike platform enables any company from the tourism sector (OTAs, tour guides, travel agencies…), the hospitality industry (hotels, hostels, B&Bs, AirBnbs, managed apartments…), mobility (bus, train, airlines…), rental (car, scooter, bike…) and media (print, video…) to easily and quickly develop their own digital travel guides – also as white label – and make them available to their customers on the go. This allows companies to significantly increase their revenue and improve customer service.
Your exciting task
- You will develop business cases, marketing, pricing and go-to-market strategies for the myLike platform for selected B2B target segments in the tourism, mobility and hotel segment and actively implement them for an international market
- You define the product requirements for the corresponding target segments
- You develop the marketing (SEO, SEA, Web…) and sales strategy (direct, channels, partners…) for the target accounts in the specific segment
What we expect from you
- You are studying a business, tourism or technical bachelor and/or master or diploma program
- You have a good understanding of analyzing market segments, extracting and defining product requirements and communicating and marketing them accordingly
- You have ideally already gained initial experience in a dynamic, digitally driven environment (e.g., start-up, technology company, management consultancy) with an affinity for tourism
- You are creative, willing to learn and enjoy working independently
- You are very familiar with Microsoft Office (XLS, PPT…) or Google Suite and may already have experience with Hubspot, Jira and other CRM/Workflow SW modules.
- Ideally you also have some experience with Google Analytics and Mailchimp
- If you have already worked with WordPress, that would be very gratifying
- You speak fluent German and very good English – another foreign language would of course be great
- You like to work remotely (home office) in international teams and are good at customer communication
